At Sahabat Buah Group, we believe that people are the core of our success. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of HRD to lead our Human Resources function at our Jakarta branch. This role will be pivotal in shaping our company culture, developing talent, and driving organizational excellence as we continue to expand in Indonesia’s fresh produce industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, design, and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention processes.
Develop and implement training & development programs to build employee capabilities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Manage performance evaluation systems and compensation structures.
Foster a positive work environment, employee engagement, and career growth.
Act as a trusted advisor to management and a strong advocate for employees.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
Proven track record in leadership, talent management, and organizational development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work strategically while managing day-to-day HR operations.
